Notice of cancellation is required 48 hours in advance of appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled within those 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the services booked will be applied.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may have to cancel the appointment. If this occurs, the cancellation fee will be applied. This is to be sure that I maintain my schedule for the day and am not running late for any guests coming after you.
